TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND RETURN<\/b><\/h3>

ARTICLE 1 \u2013 SELLER<\/b><\/h4>

YATED Fuarc\u0131l\u0131k A.\u015e. Shall hereinafter be referred to as the SELLER.<\/p>

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 SUBJECT<\/b><\/h3>

The subject of these terms and conditions of delivery and return is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the CONSUMER electronically from the SELLER’s website “https:\/\/kara.bosphorusboatshow.com\/tr\/<\/a>“, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers numbered 4077 and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts. Real and legal persons who purchase online services under this contract shall be referred to as the BUYER.<\/p>

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PRODUCT<\/b><\/h3>

The products are the services of providing power cabling for exhibition stands, water line connection, pressurized air connection, and ADSL line connection, as well as the sale of carpets, specific to the exhibitors of the Bosphorus Boat Show Exhibition.<\/p>

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/h3>

4.1-<\/b> The CONSUMER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product(s) on the SELLER’s website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.<\/p>

4.2-<\/b> The delivery by the SELLER shall be realized on the date of February 17, 2024<\/b>, at the latest, in a manner that allows the BUYER to use the product at the Bosphorus Boat Show Land Exhibition, which will be held at the Istanbul Expo Center between February 17-24, 2024<\/b>.<\/p>

4.3-<\/b> For the delivery of the product, the signed copy of the distance sales contract must be delivered to the SELLER, or<\/b> electronic confirmation must be obtained from the CONSUMER based on the approval e-mail sent as a result of the CONSUMER electronically filling out the technical infrastructure form according to their requests via the SELLER’s website or their registered e-mail address and making the related payment, and the price must have been paid by the CONSUMER using the payment method available at https:\/\/kara.bosphorusboatshow.com\/tr\/<\/a>.<\/p>

4.4-<\/b> Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop from the SELLER.<\/p>

4.5-<\/b> The SELLER is not responsible for pricing errors resulting from typesetting and system faults.<\/p>

4.6-<\/b> The SELLER reserves the right to change and cancel the content, scope, and features of all products sold on the website.<\/p>

4.7-<\/b> In case the product payment is made, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.<\/p>

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/h3>

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal up to 15 days prior to February 17, 2024<\/b>. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the SELLER via fax, e-mail, or telephone within this period, and the product must be unused. The refund to the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal shall be made by the SELLER within 30 business days<\/b>.<\/p>

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED<\/b><\/h3>

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the period specified in Article 5 of the contract.<\/p>

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 AUTHORIZED COURT<\/b><\/h3>

In disputes arising from the application of these terms and conditions of delivery and return, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts in the location of the SELLER are authorized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
